Here are some initial trouble shooting steps you can try:
- First, make sure the app is installed. You should see the ShopRaise icon in the upper right part of your browser. If not, reinstall the app.
- Check to make sure the retailer is in our program. Open your ShopRaise app and click the Merchant list link to view all participating retailers.
- Try closing and reopening your browser (i.e. Chrome). Make sure all tabs on your browser are completely closed before reopening.
