A great way to promote your ShopRaise program is to add banner / listing to the footer of your organization's emails. This provides a gentle reminder to anyone that you send an email to that they can support your cause with their everyday shopping. Here are a few best practices and some sample messages / banners you can use.
Best Practices
- Add the banner / message to all of your organization's emails including the emails of your staff and board. Anytime you send a communication is an opportunity for a supporter, vendor or acquaintance to support your cause.
- Add the message to your email footer, signature line or make it part of your email template. That way you don't have to remember to add the message to each email you send.
- If you have multiple ways that people can support your cause such as making a donation or volunteering, then create a message that provides those options.
- Periodically change the message to keep it fresh so that your email recipients will notice the message.

Add your banner / listing by copying and the image and text below. You can modify the listing or create your own copy and text that best matches your email template.
