Companies can choose the options they would like to offer their employees.
They can choose from allowing employees to choose one cause:
- A short list of causes
- All registered 510(c)3 Nonprofit organizations
- Cause plus, which is an extended list of causes that include schools, teams clubs, groups and associations.
We recommend allowing employees to choose the cause or nonprofit they care about most from the organizations available through ShopRaise.
This gives employees a personal connection to the program and allows them to support causes that are meaningful to them, rather than requiring everyone to support the same organization.
Employees can change their selected cause or nonprofit as their interests change.
