Your cause receives the donation amount minus the standard credit card and ShopRaise processing fees listed here. The net amount is then transferred directly to your organization.
In some cases the donor might be asked to cover the processing fees if they wish. This is options and in that case 100% of the stated amount will be donated to the cause.
