ShopRaise bills employers based on the number of employees enrolled in the program, using a per employee per month (PEPM) fee.
Billing is handled monthly, and the amount billed can change each month as employees are added to the program or employees are offboarded.
Billing begins on the program start date agreed upon with the employer. The PEPM fee is the only cost to the employer; there are no additional platform, implementation, transaction, or other program fees.
