As new employees are added to the program, they are included in your monthly employee count. When employees leave the company and are offboarded, they are removed from the count.
Because billing is based on the number of employees enrolled in the program, your monthly fee adjusts as your employee count changes. There is no need to renegotiate your agreement each time your workforce changes.
